Administrative Assistant/Marketing Coordinator

Description:
The Worcester Chamber Music Society is seeking an outgoing, motivated, creative, and collaborative individual to serve as an Administrative Assistant and Marketing Coordinator. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the organization, which includes event planning, development, communications, and coordinating its marketing efforts. The position is 10-15 hours a week and requires a flexible work schedule.
Our office is located in historic Mechanics Hall, downtown Worcester.

Qualifications:
Interested candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in arts management, communications, event planning, or a similar discipline; and, at least, three years of relevant work experience. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Excel, Dropbox, Google Docs, Photoshop, and social media marketing a plus.
