Card to Culture

Worcester Chamber Music Society is pleased to participate in the Massachusetts Cultural Council’s Card to Culture program and offers discounted admission for EBT/WIC/ConnectorCare cardholders.  Cardholders receive a discounted rate of $5 per ticket for up to two individuals per card, per concert, (subject to availability). To purchase, use one of the corresponding discount codes below. You may also contact the box office at boxoffice@worcesterchambermusic.org, or call 508-926-8624.

For EBT cardholders, please use discount code EBT.

For WIC cardholders, please use discount code WIC.

For ConnectorCare cardholders, please use discount code CARE.

You will be required to show your card at the door for admission. If it is determined that you are ineligible for the discount, no refunds will be given.

*Card to Culture is a collaboration between the Mass Cultural Council and the Department of Transitional Assistance, WIC Nutrition Program, and the Massachusetts Health Connector. Did you know anyone with a Massachusetts-issued EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfer), WIC (Women, Infants & Children), or ConnectorCare card can get reduced or free admission into more than 300 cultural organizations across the Commonwealth? Access the power of culture by seeing the complete list of organizations offering EBTWIC, or ConnectorCare discounts.

Ticket Refund Policy

All tickets are non-refundable, with the exception of concert cancelations** due to events beyond our control. If a situation arises that forces us to cancel a concert, patrons will have the option of a full refund, a ticket exchange (subject to availability) for any future WCMS concert, or the opportunity to donate the tickets as a tax-deductible donation to WCMS. A canceled event would have a dire financial impact on a small non-profit organization such as ours, and all gifts would be greatly appreciated.

**If an in-person concert is canceled and there is a virtual option, you may request a refund or request to exchange your ticket for the live stream or on-demand option. You will receive a refund for the price difference.

Health and Safety Protocol

We will continue to monitor and follow guidelines issued by the Center for Disease Control, the State of Massachusetts, and the City of Worcester for increased health and safety procedures. As circumstances continue to change, we will share exact information before each concert this season.  All programs are subject to change. View the full Health and Safety Protocol here.
