Health and Safety Protocols

Heath and Safety Protocols (updated March 15, 2023)

Our concerts will be in person this season, and we are committed to your safety and comfort. We will continue to monitor and follow guidelines issued by the Center for Disease Control, the State of Massachusetts, and the City of Worcester for recommended health and safety procedures for indoor events.

Thank you for doing your part to keep those most vulnerable among us healthy and safe!

PLEASE CHECK THIS PAGE BEFORE EACH CONCERT AND SHARE IT WITH THOSE FOR WHOM YOU HAVE PURCHASED TICKETS. As circumstances change, we will share exact information before all concerts during the 2022-2023 season. No refunds will be given for failure to comply with our policies.

PROOF OF VACCINATION IS NO LONGER REQUIRED
While we no longer require proof of vaccination, we expect that everyone who attends is fully vaccinated and boosted.

MASKS ARE OPTIONAL
Masks are strongly recommended while seated inside the venue. We recommend wearing a well-fitted mask such as N95, KN95, or KN94.

WHEN TO STAY HOME

  • If you are sick or have COVID-19 symptoms (such as fever, a sore throat, chills, cough, shortness of breath, congestion, nausea, or vomiting).
  • If you are unvaccinated and have been in close contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 or exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms within the past 14 days.
  • If you have been directed to self-isolate or quarantine by a health care provider or public health official.
  • If you are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test.

If you are not feeling well, you may request a refund or exchange your ticket for another performance, based on availability.

All WCMS musicians and guests performing in the 2022-2023 season are fully vaccinated and boosted.
