Information/Schedule

Our Location
Trinity Lutheran Church, 73 Lancaster Street, is located across the street from the Worcester Art Museum, with easy access to the highway. It is a spacious church with large coaching and rehearsal spaces and several pianos. Institute Park, a beautiful public park, is located a block away and available for soccer, frisbee, and picnic lunches.

Program Detail
Auditions are not required. Participants are placed into groups that reflect their ability based on the number of years they have played, the repertoire they are currently studying, discussion with their private teachers, and video submissions.

Music will be sent out in advance for participants to prepare and bring to the first day of rehearsal. The session will culminate in a final performance, open to the public, by the chamber groups on the afternoon of Friday, July 14.

ChamberFest offers private lessons with coaches, daily practice help, and wide-ranging musical workshops. Extracurricular activities like soccer and ultimate frisbee and practice time/quiet time for those not athletically inclined also make up part of the day.

Participants should arrive on July 10 at 9:00 AM for an introductory meet-and-greet. Lunch is available for purchase, or participants may bring their own.

Overnight Option
Accommodations are available at the Hilton Garden Inn for a discounted rate of $80 per night. The hotel is located downtown, across from the DCU center and a short walk from Trinity Luthern Church.
